With decades of combined experience partnering with and working within some of the world’s most respected organisations, EX3’s leadership blends strategic insight with hands-on delivery excellence. Their expertise spans technical and functional SAP solutions, operating model design, go-to-market strategy, and enterprise-scale transformation.

Jas has over a decade of experience in HR Technology, combining deep business and technical expertise. He leads EX3's global vision and growth strategy, shaping the company's future direction. He drives high-level decision-making, champion innovation, and foster collaboration across all regions. Jas is focused on expanding EX3's international footprint and building strong client partnerships to position the company as a trusted global leader.
Dan is an SAP HCM subject matter expert with over a decade of hands-on experience as an SAP practitioner. He leads EX3's global client-facing operations, ensuring delivery excellence and operational efficiency across all practice areas. In addition to driving performance worldwide, Dan leads EX3's UK practice, the company's largest and most established market, setting the standard for service quality and operational best practices that will be replicated globally.
Luuk has been working in the SAP SuccessFactors space since its early stages. He leads EX3's long-term strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with emerging market trends and client needs. Luuk drives innovation and strategy by identifying and integrating advanced technologies, spearhead partnerships that strengthen EX3's competitive edge.
Sam drives EX3’s global revenue growth and go-to-market presence. With a background in sales and technology consultancy—and as EX3’s first employee, joining in 2018— he leads Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing and Business Development as part of his CRO role, working closely with organisations to understand their unique challenges and deliver technology and service solutions that generate measurable business value.
Ned oversees EX3’s global consulting practices, driving excellence and product-aligned service delivery. With decades of experience across HR & Payroll technology-enabled change, he leads EX3’s Technology, Talent & Reward, HR, Payroll & Time, and Managed Payroll practices, positioning EX3 as a market leader across the portfolio.
Iain spearheads EX3’s global people strategy, talent development, and workforce growth. With 25+ years in people-centric transformation, he aligns technology-enabled change with business outcomes and builds high-performing, inclusive teams while guiding executives and investors through complex organisational change.
Wim oversees EX3’s financial strategy, ensuring strong governance and guiding long-term value creation for our stakeholders. With 30 years in corporate finance, investing, and entrepreneurship, he brings a wealth of hands-on experience, deep domain expertise, and a proven global track record.
Kerri leads EX3’s continual efforts to enhance delivery quality, refine methodologies, and improve operational efficiency. An experienced business leader in the HR industry, she brings strong consulting expertise across process improvement, budgeting, coaching, CRM, and operational excellence.
With vast experience in strategy advisory, HR technology and change management - gained across multiple firms, including Big Four - Harriet leads the Advisory and Change function at EX3, guiding organisations through strategic transformation across HR, Payroll, Talent, and Change.
With a background at two of the Big Four firms and extensive experience delivering successful SAP SuccessFactors projects to global customers, Drew heads up Support at EX3 — focused on providing optimal support services that empower our clients to maximise their utilisation of SAP solutions.
Weng Fee as Managing Director, Malaysia, while expanding his leadership across APAC as part of EX3’s global board. A results-driven people leader, he brings deep expertise in HR processes, large-scale implementations, and client-focused delivery, with a passion for coaching, change, and service excellence.
